Company B, a publicly held SaaS company, needed to report earnings to the board, shareholders, and the SEC every quarter. The original process for this was to have a designer sit side by side with the finance team to make sure every number and decimal point was correct, and this became increasingly burdensome quarter after quarter. 

We transformed the process by creating a system for the earnings report within Google Slides, but set up at 8.5x11 inches so it could easily be printed. This removed the need for everyone to be together in person, and also made it so that other teams could be responsible for copy edits. This print-ready template was used for the next four years.
